
REFUNDS POLICY
At Maison Frédéric, we understand that plans can change and we’ll always do our best to be fair and flexible. Our refunds policy covers bookings, events, and the purchase of gift vouchers.
Restaurant Bookings
We kindly ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or amend your reservation. For larger groups or special events where a deposit or pre-payment is required, refunds will be available with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less notice may not be eligible for a refund.
Ticketed Events & Experiences
Tickets for special events, such as wine dinners or set-menu evenings, are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Maison Frédéric. However, we’re happy to transfer tickets to another guest or date where possible – please contact us directly to discuss options.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be redeemed in full or part across multiple visits.
