
BOOKINGS POLICY
We’re always delighted to welcome guests to Maison Frédéric. Whether it’s a quiet lunch, a special celebration, or dinner with friends, we want the booking process to be as smooth as the experience itself.
1. Making a Reservation
Bookings can be made via our website, by phone, or in person. While we do accept walk-ins where possible, we recommend booking in advance, especially at weekends or during busy periods.
2. Group Bookings
For larger groups, we may require a deposit or pre-order to confirm your reservation. Our team will let you know the details at the time of booking.
3. Table Allocation
We’ll always do our best to honour specific table requests, though we cannot guarantee particular seating arrangements.
4. Arrival Times
Please arrive promptly for your reservation. We may need to release your table if you are more than 15 minutes late and we haven’t heard from you.
5. Special Requests
If you’re celebrating something or have any dietary requirements, please let us know when booking — we’ll do all we can to make your visit special.
6. Cancellations & No-Shows
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. For bookings that require a deposit, refunds will be subject to our Refunds Policy. Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.
